The map above is an illustration for a short walkthrough on inviting a teammate. Five callouts, a zoom on the small switch that is easy to miss, and a script whose timings come from its word count. A map like this is what we agree with you before the edit starts.
1. Brief and quote
You share the recordings, any script or outline, and where the video will run. We watch the material, ask about anything unclear, and send a written quote with scope, revision rounds and a delivery date. Work starts when you accept it.
2. Callout map and script timing
We mark every moment the viewer has to see and number them. If there's a script, each line is matched to a callout and timed at a steady reading pace. Lines that run longer than their action get flagged, so we can slow a zoom, hold a frame, or ask you to trim the line. If there's no script yet, we can draft step labels from the recording for you to approve.
3. First cut
Dead time removed, zooms and callouts in, voice synced and cleaned, private data covered. Captions, music and titles go in at this stage. You review on a link and leave comments at exact moments.
4. Changes and delivery
We make your changes and export each version you asked for, sized for where it will run. Extra rounds beyond the quote are priced before we do them.

Your recordings
Recordings often show unreleased features and internal data. They stay private and are used only for your project. If part of the work goes to a production partner, they work under a confidentiality agreement, and we can sign your NDA before you send anything. See the privacy policy.
