- The raw screen recordings, at full resolution, through a shared folder link
- A script, an outline or a list of the steps the video should show, in order
- Any voiceover you already recorded, as a separate audio file
- Your logo, brand colors and fonts, plus any intro or end card you already use
- Where it will run: a landing page, a help center, a sales email, an app store listing or social
- Anything that must not appear on screen, such as customer names, emails or account numbers
- The date you need it and who signs off on changes
